By booking or purchasing a consultation, reading, report, tutoring session, or other service from Astrology with Arin, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.
Nature of Astrological Services
Astrology is a symbolic and interpretive practice. My services are intended to offer insight, perspective, and guidance for personal reflection and decision-making.
Neither astrology nor astrologers are infallible. While I approach my work with care, skill, and integrity, I cannot guarantee the accuracy of every interpretation or prediction, nor can I guarantee any particular outcome as a result of a consultation, election, horary reading, planetary remediation, or other astrological service.
Astrology can illuminate possibilities, patterns, timing, and potential outcomes, but it does not eliminate uncertainty or determine what must occur.
Client Responsibility
You remain responsible for your own choices, decisions, and actions. Information provided through an astrological consultation or other service should be considered one source of insight rather than a substitute for your own judgment or the advice of an appropriately qualified professional.
Professional Advice & Mental Health Services
I am an astrologer and do not provide psychotherapy, mental health counseling, medical care, legal advice, or financial advice through my astrological practice.
Astrological consultations are not a substitute for care or advice from a licensed mental health professional, physician or other healthcare provider, attorney, financial professional, or other appropriately qualified practitioner.
If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or require medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other professional assistance, please seek help from an appropriately qualified professional.
Right to Accept, Refuse, or Discontinue Services
I reserve the right to accept or decline any consultation or service request at my discretion.
I also reserve the right to end a consultation or discontinue an engagement when necessary, including in cases of abusive, threatening, harassing, discriminatory, inappropriate, or persistently disruptive behavior; repeated disregard for professional boundaries; or circumstances that prevent me from providing the service in a constructive and appropriate manner.
Any refund due following the cancellation or termination of a service will be determined according to the circumstances and applicable law.
Professional Boundaries
Clients are expected to communicate respectfully and to honor the scope and format of the service they have purchased.
The purchase of a consultation, report, or other service does not include unlimited correspondence or ongoing access outside the agreed-upon service. Follow-up questions, additional chart analysis, new questions, or requests that substantially expand the original scope of the service may require an additional consultation or fee.
I reserve the right to establish reasonable boundaries regarding the frequency, length, and nature of communications associated with any service.
Confidentiality & Privacy
Personal information shared with me in connection with a consultation or other service will be treated with respect and discretion. I will not knowingly share personally identifying information from a private consultation without permission except when required by law.
Astrological services are not psychotherapy or healthcare services and are not governed by the confidentiality requirements that apply to licensed mental health or medical providers.
Cancellations, Rescheduling & Refunds
For scheduled consultations, I understand that plans sometimes change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made with at least 24 hours' notice may be rescheduled or refunded. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice and missed appointments are generally nonrefundable, although exceptions may be made at my discretion.
For written reports, electional astrology, horary astrology, and other custom services that require research or preparation outside of a scheduled consultation, payment is generally nonrefundable once work has begun. If you need to cancel before I have begun preparing your service, please contact me as soon as possible.
If I need to cancel a consultation or am unable to complete a service you have purchased, you will be offered the option to reschedule when appropriate or receive a refund for any services not provided.
Refunds are not available solely because an astrological interpretation, prediction, or consultation does not produce the outcome a client hoped for or expected.
Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing or participating in a service offered by Astrology with Arin, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms and agree to take responsibility for your own decisions and actions arising from the information provided.
